Southern Classic Management

We are proud to say we have been serving the Milledgeville/Lake Sinclair area for more than 36 years. We provide a service to both the homeowner who has a need to rent a property and those searching for rental property to call home. We presently manage 210 properties containing 325 total rental units.  We also manage 228 storage units, 16 of which are climate controlled. Our properties include single family dwellings, duplex apartments, apartment buildings, mobile homes and storage units. All of which are mostly located in the Milledgeville area and on Lake Sinclair.

Tenants

We manage some of the area’s most desirable rentals. Our staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail is the best way to provide comfortable communities for the customers who have chosen our company. We have a fully staffed office Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, to help customers with their rental needs from the time of lease signing to the time of vacating the property.

We offer the ability to request a service repair via the Internet. If you just cannot remember to make a call about that leaky faucet during business hours, you can log into your account and make the request at your leisure. We also have an afterhours maintenance service for emergency situations. 

You can conveniently make all of your payments online and we offer auto payment.
